PRACTICE IN THE SIMULATOR

How to perform this examination

  1. Run Echocardiography Online Simulator
  1. From the List <<Patients>> Choose Patient 4 (User can Choose other patients with mitral regurgitation as well).
  2. From the List <<Positions>> Choose Apical 5 Chamber (Apical 5 Chamber View). or find the same position with 3D Transducer.
  3. Click Button <<Calculations>> Click Tab <<Ao Reg>> Click Radio Button <<PHT>> (Calculator PHT).
  4. Click the button <<CW>> to move to Continuous Wave Spectral Doppler (CW).
  5. Place Control Volume in LVOT (Left ventricular outflow tract) and click.
  6. Measure PHT.
  7. Click the button <<Enter>>
  8. In the Tab <<Ao Reg>> Click the button <<Calculate>>
