3-level certification

Our program offers a 3-level certification pathway designed to develop full competency in echocardiography through structured learning, virtual simulator training, and interactive assessments.

🥉 Level 1 – Imaging Fundamentals

Learn the basics of echocardiographic imaging and standard views.

Covers:

  • 2D echocardiography (parasternal, apical, subcostal, suprasternal views)
  • Basic M-mode examinations
  • Pulse Wave spectral Doppler (PW). Continuous Wave spectral Doppler (CW)
  • Color Doppler

Outcome: Ability to acquire and recognize standard echocardiographic images. Spectral and Color Doppler examinations.

🥈 Level 2 – Measurements & Calculations

Develop skills in quantitative echocardiography and cardiac function assessment.

Covers:

  • Linear, area, and volume measurements
  • Doppler measurements (Vmax, VTI, PHT, gradients)
  • LV mass and hemodynamic calculations
  • Systolic function (EF, FS, SV, CO, CI)
  • Regional systolic function
  • Diastolic function evaluation

Outcome: Ability to perform and interpret echocardiographic measurements and cardiac function analysis.

🥇 Level 3 – Comprehensive Clinical Practice

The final certification integrating imaging, Doppler, and clinical interpretation.

Covers:

  • Full echocardiography examination protocol
  • M-mode, 2D, Doppler, and Tissue Doppler (TDI)
  • Complete hemodynamic assessment
  • Clinical case interpretation
  • Assesment severity of the Pathology
  • Simulator-based full exam
  • Structured reporting

Outcome: Ability to independently perform and interpret complete echocardiography studies in clinical scenarios.
